I recently got married with a US citizen while I was under H1-B status and quit my job afterwards. Right now I am preparing filing I-130 concurrently with I-485. I have two questions:
1.To apply for advance parole, what info I need to put in the explanation letter to INS?
2. Can I work for another company now or do I have to wait for the EDA from INS?
