In general, the easiest (fastest) way to bring a girl to the states with you is a spousal visa, but it involves an interview in Warsaw for her until February 2005, when they will start doing it in Kiev.
Marriage in Ukraine is complicated in itself, due to Ukrainian bureacracy and laws. But it can be done (I did it!).
There's also the K3 Spousal visa, which allows you to go to the states while your immigrant petition is being done.
It's a complicated process altogether. You'll need to show you, or someone, can sponsor her at 125% of the poverty rate for the year you are applying (right now it is $20,000) - and will have to show it in income or assets. Also there's a big medical exam for her, two interviews, and piles of paperwork.
And you're right. Ukraine is more fun!
