Hello! I would love to give you the more exact information like an E-mail or exact address but first I have to contact with my friend in Moscow.
May be she will provide me with it. I have met here, in Palm Cost, Florida two russian students. Girls told me how easy they have gotten J-2 visa with a work authorization with help of a Centr Mezhdunarodnogo Obmena located in St.Petersburg. One of them even was not called for an interview. There are many program for FULL TIME STUDENTS to get in the USA to work during vacation. But you MUST be a student dnevnogo otdelenija. I will let you know as soon as I get more information. If you are the student, I suggest you try to find out about such an institution by visiting
fakultet inostrannih jasikov or Inturist, or whatever what related to this topic. Natalia.
