I want to share with all of you out there the bargain rates. I use Supertel
Communications Express and Platinum calling cards when calling Ukraine.
The rates are 16-17 cents per minute.
The cards come in $10 and $20.
I usually use $20 card, and supposed to talk for 2hrs, but on average the $20 card lasts me for about 3-4 hrs.
(I have no clue as to why?)
Their customer service isn't that great, but hey, its worth it.
