Please consult with the US Embassy in Kyiv directly. Call the Embassy and ask for the Public Affairs Section contacts(Kyiv,Hlybochystka, 4). Ask Vira Maxymova(if she is still working with the PAS)your question. Vira coordinated the US Universities Ukrainian alumni programs, she should know.
Also you can speak with Vira Ternovska, who is very closely connected with the US University curricula and knows personally the majority of the US professors who's came to teach in Ukraine. In your case Mrs.Ternovska is probably a better source to consult with.
