Look through the instructions in the left column of this section for the photo size. But as to the exact date for DV2001, it ran last fall for a month and is no longer actual.
Check back for instructions for the upcoming DV2002. The information will be released around August 1, and the lottery will be open from October 2, 2000 until November 1, 2000.
