I can answer re your future studies in the USA. If you tried to apply for the Green Card and participated in the Green Card Lottery the US Government educational exchange contractors,sitting in Ukraine, believe that it was an attempt to immigration. This fact can influence on your future participation at the above programs. Please check with the American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS in Kyiv (vul.Melnykova 63) if they still have this line in their application form.
