Two years ago I filed I751.( because my green card was about to expire )
They extended my green card for another year. Because my husband is in the military and we are stationed overseas they put my case "on hold".
My question is: Can I apply for a citizenship? (I've been married for 4 years). I know that as a military spouse I have a right to apply, even while being overseas.
