Hi, Lina.
When the last time you were in Ukraine or at the Embassy.
You probably know how many people stay in line at the Embassy. About 400-500 people every day.
I know it worth to try, but you have only chance to do it twice a year. Sure you can change your lastname and make new passport.
You have to try, there is no even question about it. It depends what Luba and Anna want. Just to have their relative to visit or to stay. If just to visit, so it will be easier for them to go Ukraine. If they want them to stay over here that's another game and another rules.
