My cousin and his family aren't from the Lviv region, but live in Eastern Ukraine - Donetska Obl. I will pass along the advice about the letter of reference, the children's birth certificates, real estate and personal business. That may not have occurred to him, it certainly didn't to me. He had an international passport in 1993 - but would you know if those passports have to be renewed after 7 yrs?

Also, it may seem like a silly question, but do we need to go through a travel agent to send an official written invitation again or is there some kind of form to obtain on our own from the American Embassy. What do you mean by a large stamp?

My cousin doesn't have access to a computer so I will look for the Embassy's interview applications on the Internet .
