Unfortunately, My R-1 visa was denied a couple years ago.
During the 30 days I have a right to make an appeal, that’s what I’m gonna do.
If my appeal will be denied, how many days I have to leave the country. I don’t want to become illegal, so I would rather leave the USA and try to get my visa in Kiev.
