: Most visitor's visas from Ukraine to the US are refused on the ground that people have immigrant intent or will work illegally. Unfortunately, these decisions are often made a priori. This is illegal. It would be most helpful if people would be willing to collect ingformation regarding unlawful denial of visas, so that this could be addressed on the appropriate levels.

Would you like to give a better explanation on how does a U.S. embassy deside "immigrant intentions", please? If the "priori" is illigal, than why do we hear more rejections than approvals on the U.S. visas? What do you mean by "the appropriate levels"? How often do apprpriate levels change the rejection of the tourist visa. How many examples do you personally know? I'm getting a strong impression that you will follow with the(" Let our law firm solve all your problems") explanations. Am I wrong? Please, respond. I would really like to be proved otherwise!

P.S.

Nobody here is discouraging a person from applying...The person himself is responsible for his actions and decisions. And it's true that each case is unique. Though, there are can be some similarities among the rejections, don't you agree?
The intent is rather to explain that getting a tourist visa from Ukraine to US is not quite that simple as from US to Ukraine, based on personal experience or the experience of people we had the pleasure to vitnes doing the above.
