Most visitor's visas from Ukraine to the US are refused on the ground that people have immigrant intent or will work illegally. Unfortunately, these decisions are often made a priori. This is illegal. It would be most helpful if people would be willing to collect ingformation regarding unlawful denial of visas, so that this could be addressed on the appropriate levels.
