My wife just received her naturalization and wants to invite her family here. I know for her mom and stepfather it will be no problem but she has a brother who is 17 and I am getting conflicting information. Can he come with her on her petition or will we have to file another petition for him and wait 10 years? Anyone have any experience with this?
I think it would be really stupid if they would let her mom come and not allow her son since what the hell will he do by himself in Ukraine whil he waits 6-10 years until he can join his family?
