: Hi there. My Ukrainian wife and I are living in Kiev, and soon will apply for a K-3 visa to live and work in the States while her immigration paperwork is processed. Has anyone had this experience? We don't want to go to Warsaw to do the other spousal immigrant visa thing... just live in the States until she gets her permenant status, and then come back to Kiev. Is it foolish, or not...
