Hello
Both read (decode) and write cyrillic is standard on the Windows CD. If you did not install optional language when installing windows, you go to the control panel and choose "add/remove programmes - windows setup" and then installs the proper language pack. Tick for "show icon on taskbar" and you will easily be able to choose keyboard settings from there.
The computer will automatic or, when needed manually, decode the right language on the monitor. "control panel - internet options - language". Install just all languages on the list and you`re shure to decode what ever you`ll need!
UKRAINIAN KEYBOARD. WHY havent anyone just written the letters directly on the keyboard with a pen????? Why even think of buying something else?? Have worked fine here for the last couple of years. You must re-write every two months with dayly use, buth what the heck.
Hope my info was usable for anyone.
