Hi. Unfortunately I do not have Cyrillic alphabet that's why I'll continue in English.
I have a few questions to the "Consul". About two years ago I send my old passport for the renewal. Since than I called many times to the Ukrainian Consular Office in New York. Someone answered my call once before and suggested to call after 3 PM. HOPELESS. I programmed consular phone number into my phone system, so I'm calling them every day. NEVER-NEVER anybody picked the phone. My question is: "If they can not provide legitimate business I would request my money beck and at least an apology. I do not have your name sir either what kind of consular office are you from?If it is not a secret please fill free to give us these information.
