If you like to send money or things to some one in Ukraine from USA you may try to contact one company (the office is located in WA state, but who knows may be they have the location close to Texas or may be you will be able to send them and they will send it over to Ukraine). I use their service (very pleased) , they just charge $.35 p/lb and for about $10 or less will deliver the package to the door(You will receive a paper with recepient's signature).
