I came to US on B2 visa with my family in 2001
Stayed here till feb 2002 on extentions
Applied for an extension in feb 2002 for six months but received an extension for one month only that is till march 2002,But received this notice in July 2002 and in the meantime I had applied for HI-b visa in May 2002.
In July 2003 I received a notice that although my H1-b was approved I was out of status . Can't understand why ?
Because I received my extension letter late
OR I was granted 1 month extension .
