My fiancée from Ukraine has already a permit to come to the Netherlands. Dutch authorities have consented in isuing a permit to her 6 years old son too, exept, he needs a pasport. He is in his mother's pasport but according to the Dutch embassy Ukrainian authorities demand that children over 2 years old leaving from Ukraine have their own pasport. The boys father (my fiancée's ex-husband) refuses to give permission for the pasport. What ways are there to solve this problem? Please, give me good and workable suggestions. We have only 5 months left, for after this time we should rehearse the whole permit-procedure.
