Sorry about you, guys, but if you want to be legalised in the U.S.A., you have to marry an american citizen. Otherwise you will be deported even if you win a Green Card . I don't know how you have gotten your SS with a work permission and drivers licences since you came here with B-1 (it is not my business) but if something makes you to come to DMV, your licenses will be revoked and kept until you submit your official documents that you stay here legally. A lot things changed after September,11 2001. So, you have one option and only.
