Need some help with PMZ questions...

: I have a couple of questions about PMZ stamp amd I would appresiate a lot if anyone can answer... : I'm married to an American, though I do not have a stamp in my Ukrainian passport I also do not have a Green Card, though I've been living in the U.S. for the last two years...My question is do I need a PMZ stamp? How long does this prosses take in Ukraine(Kiev)? Are there some private firms that can help to speed it up or help me? Can I apply for it without Green Card? : P.S. : I would like to do everything in Ukrine. It takes too long to do it at the counsel in States. : Thank you.
