I have a friend in kharkov. I would like to send gifts and things to her. I do not want her to have to pay any thing for the goods though. How can I assure that everthing will be handled by me. I also would like to learn how to speak Russian and to learn some of the basic culture. I think that maybe this could be complicated but I am serious in learning. I live in Austin Texas. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
