No agency will send for less than that. Most banks charge about $30 and I think Western Union is ~$50. The Western Union is priced higher because it is a "to the door" service, meaning that the $$$ are hand-delivered garanteed in Ukraine. The bank is lower I suppose because there is some risk taken by the recipient if they have to go to the bank to retrieve the cash - plus I have heard that the bank at the other end may charge a trnasfer fee.

The next best solution is to keep your ears open for anyone traveling to Ukraine. That's how most of my acquaintances do it.

Lastly, I would not advise this, but I have known people to send such small amounts via regular mail. They say to wrap the money in aluminum foil - I have NO idea why that would make any difference. Sometimes it gets there, sometimes it doesn't - there's a risk. But for this small an amount, maybe the risk is worth it?

: I`d like to send a little sum of money to USA from Ukraine($5)but it costs much more to send the money($20)than the sum of money which I Want to send.Is there ane possibility to send such little sun of money for reasonable price.
