Dear Ms. Durbak, could you help me please with your legal advise. I have H1-B visa and I have applied for the Labor Certification, so my file is still in the Labor Department but my H1-B will expire soon. Can I extend my visa for one year before my case go the INS? I know I can get an extension of my visa while case is pending in INS
