Dear pan'stvo...
I need to ask you y'all for an advice.

I am US resident who won a Green Card playing a lottery (til'ki pyanitsyam i durnjam zavzhdy veze:-) and my sister is planning to apply for US visa (F-1 or J-1 I am not sure)this year.
Would you suggest her to notify an American Embassy that she has a brother in US or conceal the fact and not to risk to be rejected? May be do mention anything at all? Or write in application form that she has a brother and he is in Ukraine?
What to do and how to be?
