This is an excellent idea. I speak as a non-member of the Nova Khvylia and a non member of the Diaspora.
I would add that the Ukrainian American credit unions have much accumulated capital which they are not lending for lack of a business class in the Diaspora.
Much could be done in this area in general. One could begin with the young generation of students getting an education here. But one could also help the older arrivals here and help them develop business skills.
