procedure is very simple: you need to find a sponsoring employer though some organization who will pay $1000 for you before you join them. my advice: start looking for any job now! at the interview, try to delicately convey a message about the urgent need for a sponsoring employer. your gpa is excellent but the job market is very slow these days. once you find something worthy, the rest is up to attorneys. good luck
