Very little chance I'm afraid. If she is young, single, female with little savings or income she will be refused. I can tell you this through experience!
My fiancee is a teacher in Ukraine and we have been together a significant length of time ( I have been to Kyiv 5 times during the last 12 months). She applied for a visitors visa so that she could visit me last Christmas for two weeks and was refused despite the fact that I provided a letter of invitation, copies of 250 e-mails between us, evidence of my time in Kyiv, telephone bills detailing our calls, bithday cards, regular mail correspondence, my last 6 months wage slips, 6 months bank statements, details of the funds and accommodation I would provide, a return confirmed ticket and more besides.
The procedure includes at least two trips to the Visa section in Kyiv for the applicant. One to lodge the application and another for interview. Each visit will entail several hours waiting (even if you have an interview booked in our case) the fee ia about £30 and must be paid in local currency.
What is your relationship to this woman? Are you single? Is she? The Visa Officer will decide you have your own agenda if this is so and will refuse her on social economic grounds assuming that she wants to remain in the UK with you as an economic migrant possibly in a marriage of convenience.
