Tony, I think you are not right. Sumy is not large city ,of course , but it is very nice. I was born in Sumy. I spend more 12 years of my life in this town. There are many interest plases here.(many ancient churchs, historical monuments, special childrens park and other.) I don't know why do you think that the general level of English knoweleges is low? Sumy has many Universities, Institutes and Colleges. I think that the percent of english speaking people must be more.
Now I live in Ternopil, but my youngest brother live in Sumy.
