My fiance, when K-1 is approved, will come to the US but will need insurance for about 2 months until she goes on my company health plan. I am concerned that in the event she or her son would need medical care, that she would be able to get treatment in the US and paid for by some type of insurance. Is anyone aware of any temporary insurance that provides US-like coverage in the event of a claim prior to her and her son joining my company plan?
