Please can anyone help me?
My Ukrainian girlfriend has just been issued a settlement visa and intends to join me soon in the United Kingdom.
If she applies for a PMZh stamp before leaving Ukraine does this prevent her from returning at a later date to be a permanent resident in her own country?
Also, does she need this PMZH stamp now even if she will not be eligable for permanent residency in England for at least 12 months?
