I am about to file for the I-485 with the advance parole. I am a little bit scared that my reasons won´t satisfy the ins: i DON´T KNOW...
my parents split up so I want to visit them and support them a little. I just got married to a US citizen and I am in the US on a I94W... which also sucks... because I might get the whole application denied... well, I guess I will try because I don´t know what else to do. I am not keen on sitting in Germany for 6-8months waiting for a K3 visa... and the INS keeps telling me different stuff.. one day they tellme that I can adjust my status the next day I cant and I would be denied anyway... I am really confused about this whole stuff.. so if somebody would like to share his or her experience I would be thankful
