I agree with Zapadenecj,
though I have a doubt... isn't that a requirement of the law to be registered, i mean if no one that's ok, nu i xer s nim :)
but let's say if you come home v zasranu nenjku and they find out that you did not register for years,
could one have any negative consequenses,
if yes, how serious?
