Howdy guys!
Can anyone tell me what that Ukr. consulate registration is for?
Are there any consequencies if I fail to register?
I do not have that PMZH seal in my passport and embassy refuse to register me. However, in order to get that seal one must "vypysatys'" from apartment in Ukraine...
