Hmmm I flew in last year and I got through faster than Kiev. The lady at customs who I spoke with and man both spoke english and I was waved through. I must look poor or something:) When I left, it was the same thing.
: Unfortunately it's true! : I think that the problem is serious and government should intrude there. Otherwise really no one will come to that Lviv anymore.
: It's a shame. They don't speak English and they won't let the translator in as if everybody from Vancouver to Sydney speaks just Ukrainian. It stinks!
