: Dobryy den'!
What you are calling a travel passport is probably a travel document. The US does not issue any kind of passport to those who are not US citizens.
Travel documents are for past and present refugees and asylees. If you received permanent residence on the basis of refugee status or asylum, then you should apply for a travel document. However, in that case, travel back to Ukraine could be problematic. I know that it usually is not, but it could be, according to the law. If you received permanent residenc e another way, you should not apply for a travel document.

: I have a Green Card. I want to go for vacation to Ukraine for 2 months. I am a citizen of Ukraine. I don't have PMG. Can I go just with Ukrainian Passport and Green Card or should I have a Travel Passport. I am planning to go through Warsaw(Poland). Will I have any problems with that? Shouls I have visa to Poland?
: Thank you very much for your help!!!
