Unfortunately it's true!
I think that the problem is serious and government should intrude there. Otherwise really no one will come to that Lviv anymore.
It's a shame. They don't speak English and they won't let the translator in as if everybody from Vancouver to Sydney speaks just Ukrainian. It stinks!
