Hello everybody! I need your advices about some papers from Ukraine that I will need in USA, their legalization, translation.
I have a University diploma. Should I legalize it in order to use it in US? Or enough translation?
Is there should be a seal of American Embassy in Kiev (except three others: notary, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (is this list correct)?
For what period is legalized diploma available?
Do I need to translate (and maybe legalize) certificate from secondary school? Will it be useful in US?
Is Ukrainian drive license available in US? For long term? Does rules about drive license depend on state of stay? Should I translate it?
In GAI I was told that there was not special international drive license and ordinary Ukrainian one is available abroad for certain period.
There are lots of questions and I will appreciate everyone who will reply one at least. One drop plus one drop and we will have ocean.
