OK, I will explain it once again: there is NO LAW in Ukraine requiring that you have PMZ stamp in your passport. NONE! What I'd advice you to do, in case you decide to go, print out Konstytuciju, Zakon pro gromadjanstvo j Zakon pro v'jizd i vyjizd - just have it with you when you depart Ukraine to show to prykordonnyk.
