The people who have H-1B are smart enough (bcs they were already if they got H-1B. Right?) to know what steps to follow to their GrCard.(:-(
OK, you should bug your Co (employer) to help you get it with help of an ImmigrAttorney. It costs money. If your boss is a jerk - you'll be the loser.
