As far as I know, there is a chance for you to bring your boyfriend in the States in case you both get married. Permanent residents are eligible to submit a petition for their immediate family, i. e. spouse and children. Good luck!
: I don't know how to get my boyfriend to come here from Ukraine. My boyfriend was here on a student visa, then he left and since then I have to go to Ukraine every four month.I am a legal resident, but not a citizen yet, so I don't know if we can apply? What are the real chances of getting it and how long would it take. If anyone has info or recently got a fiance visa please help with information. Thanks!!!
