My 8-months-old son and I are American citizens, we are planning to travel to the Ukraine. Does anybody know if the process for US passports for infants is the same as for adults. Also will my son need a separate Ukrainian visa to travel? If anyone had any experience travelling with infants to the Ukraine, I would really appreaciate if you shared with the board or write me personally. Thank you for all your help.
