I had J-1 last year, then returned to Ukraine, spent there 1 month, received F-1 and came back to America. Recently I got married. Now what? I still have 2 year home residency requirement. What is the best ground for the waiver? How can I get it? Is it hard to obtain a non-objection letter from Ukr. Embassy?
