I believe Mykhailo has his visas confused. H1B visas are employer based. The employer has to sponsor the employee for the Green Card.
Recent stories in New York City state that children of illegal immigrants and immigrants undergoing immigration procedures are eligible for CHIP and other income based insurance plans.
