My parents won the green card. They went through all the process , and finally they were invited for the interview in the US Embassy in Warsaw. Finally , they were refused in getting a visa since they were stating that my mother`s signature is not her own. Moreover , they did not give her any kind of letter explaining the reason of the refusal. So , I would like to ask you if anyone knows what to do in this case. Is there any sence in sending an inquiry to the Embassy since my mother`s signature is her own , and it is not fair.Does anyone think that the justice could win in this case , or it is a lost case.
P.S.Me and my wife live in the USA.We thougt it could have not been a problem for them to get a visa since they have children and a granddaughter in the USA.
Thank you.
