Aid New York City for Immigrant Legal Rights, Immigrant Women, Immigrant Youth and Civic Lessons and English
The Department of Youth and Community Development (The City of New York) is soliciting proposals from qualified not for profit organizations to provide services to immigrant residents of New York City in four distinct program areas: Legal Representation and Assistance; Immigrant Women; Civics and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Immigrant Youth. Proposers may propose to serve an entire borough and/or one or more neighborhoods within a borough; however, a separate and complete proposal must be submitted for each program area in each borough.
The proposal due date is December 7, 2000 at 3:00 PM. Two Pre-Proposal Conferences will be held on Tuesday November 14 in the morning and afternoon.
