The real way to help additional students from Ukraine win scholarships to the fifty or so elite American colleges that offer international scholarships is for all those students whom you claim to know to emerge from the shadows of anonymity in order to help their younger schoolmates in Ukraine. Sharing information with others is a generosity that is very necessary. That can easily be done if you know them. I would gladly help in that effort.
I am certain that that collective knowledge that you claim to know can quickly collate all the information from the Osvita Centers about American college scholarships to improve on what I do.
That would build a better USA/USA Program but more importantly win millions of scholarships for students from Ukraine.
If you do not care about the USA/USA Program you could always build your own program. But to simply denigrate the work of others is not constructive. It is not going to inform the student capable of winning a scholarship that a scholarship is available. That student in Ukraine is not likely to have access to Internet.
