I simply cannot provide individual advice. It is totally beyond my means. I am exhausted from all the inquiries here and by e-mail.
Students are in so many different age, ability, skill groupings that one would need a panel of people to work on this.
All the scholarships we have are listed on the www.ukrainianscholarships.org site. You can go to the sources in Ukraine and the offices will have comprehensive information in cities around Ukraine.
I would add that there is stiff international competition from abroad.
I would advise that students and those who criticize me for being negative go to http://www.acs.bg
and to http://www.acsguide.com to see what how whole schools have mobilized in Bulgaria to win these scholarships. As a result there are ten Bulgarian students for every Ukrainian student here in America at the elite colleges ON FULL SCHOLARSHIP.
There is even a bookstore in Bulgaria run by students to provide all these materials in Bulgaria: http://ja.acs.bg/

As a result there is a whole Bulgarian support network of students. I organized a party for Ukrainian students and alumni here in NYC and there was even a Bulgarian student who came.
