I am supportive but America is a hard country. Everything is possible with effort. Self actualization can be phenomenal here but you have to be prepared for the competition and I try to select those students who are capable of the toughest work.
Students here should work together to share information and help each other in practical ways. They should look upon success as a group effort.
I am only one person.
